A One-Off Structured Session

Not sure what needs to change?

Start by working out what needs your attention first.

The Midlife Review Session is a private, structured conversation for women who know that something in life is not working as well as it used to, but are not yet clear what the main issue is or where to begin.

When Everything Feels Connected

You do not need to arrive with one clear problem.

Work may feel different. Your relationships or responsibilities may have changed. You may have less energy, less patience or less interest in things that used to matter to you.

When several parts of life are affecting one another, it can be difficult to separate the issues and decide what to deal with first.

  • You know you are not happy with how things are, but cannot explain the problem clearly.
  • You have several decisions or concerns competing for your attention.
  • You keep thinking about change, then talking yourself out of it.
  • You need to talk things through with someone who is not personally involved.

What You Are Buying

A clear view of what needs attention now

This is not a general chat and it is not a promise to solve every part of your life in an hour. It has three specific outputs.

01

Three priorities

We will identify the three areas having the greatest effect on your day-to-day life.

02

Three next steps

We will agree three realistic actions that are specific and within your control.

03

A written summary

You will receive a clear written record of the priorities and actions agreed during the session.

The Review

The eight areas we will look at

Each area is scored from 1 to 10 to help us see where your attention may be needed. The score starts the conversation; it is not a test.

Energy & health

How able you feel to manage everyday life, physically and mentally.

Work & contribution

How satisfied you feel with your work or the way you contribute.

Relationships

How supported and comfortable you feel in your important relationships.

Time & responsibilities

How manageable your commitments are and how much time belongs to you.

Confidence & identity

How clear and secure you feel about who you are now.

Enjoyment

How much pleasure, interest or fun is present in ordinary life.

Choice & control

How much influence you feel you have over your circumstances and decisions.

Future direction

How clear and positive you feel about the next few years.

How It Works

One session, with a defined beginning and end

Before

Short questionnaire

You tell me what prompted you to book and what would make the session useful.

During

Structured review

We review the eight areas and focus on the two or three affecting you most.

By the end

Priorities and actions

We agree three priorities and three realistic next steps.

After

Written summary

I send you a detailed written summary within two working days.

Useful On Its Own

You are not committing to a coaching programme.

The Midlife Review Session is designed to be useful as a one-off service. You can take the written summary away and work through the actions yourself.

If the review shows that you would benefit from longer-term support, I can explain how my ongoing coaching works. There is no requirement to book anything else and no need to decide during the session.

A clear route into ongoing coaching

If you decide that you would like continued support, you can receive 10% off your first Check-In or Full Season package when you book within 14 days of receiving your written review summary.

This is entirely optional. The Review Session remains a complete service in its own right.

Coaching, not clinical support

This is a coaching service. It is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, medical advice or a mental-health assessment.

Writing notes in a planner

Your written summary records the priorities and next steps agreed in the room.

Questions

Before you decide

Do I need to know exactly what I want to discuss?+

No. The session is designed for people who have several things on their mind or are not yet sure what the main issue is.

Is this the same as a normal coaching session?+

It uses coaching skills, but it is more structured than an open coaching session. We will review specific areas, set priorities and agree next steps.

Will you tell me what decision to make?+

No. I will help you examine the situation and decide what is right for you. I may offer observations, but the decisions remain yours.

Do I have to book more coaching afterwards?+

No. The Review Session is complete in itself. If you ask about further support, I can explain the available options.

How will the session take place?+

The five pilot sessions are available by online video or phone. You can choose the format that helps you talk most comfortably.

When will I receive the written summary?+

Within two working days of the session.

What's included in the written summary?+

It's a structured record of the session, not just a few notes. It covers what brought you to the session, the main points we reviewed, your three agreed priorities and why each one matters, and your three next steps, each with a clear action, who's responsible for it, a timing, and what completion looks like. It also includes anything else we agreed, such as further support or information, and space for you to add your own notes after reading it. It is not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or medical, legal or financial advice.
