Coaching that fits around your life,
not the other way around.

Start with something free, a structured Midlife Review, one open coaching conversation or ongoing 1-2-1 support. You do not need to commit to more than you know you need.

Not Sure Where To Start

A One-Off Structured Session

The Midlife Review Session

For when several parts of life feel connected and you are not sure what the main issue is or where to begin.

During one private 60-minute session, we review eight areas of your life and agree three priorities and three realistic next steps. You receive a detailed written summary within two working days.

The current Founding Round is available by video or phone. It is designed to be useful on its own, with no requirement to continue into coaching.

The Founding Round

£99 / session

  • One private 60-minute session
  • Video or phone
  • Review across eight areas of life
  • Three priorities and three next steps
  • Detailed written summary

Open Coaching

Five ways to meet for coaching

Unlike the structured Review Session, each open coaching session follows whatever you bring that day, while recurring themes and patterns can develop across ongoing work.

Choose one format or move between them across a package. These five options apply to open coaching. The current Midlife Review Founding Round is available by video or phone.

In Person

Face to face, somewhere quiet enough to think properly.

Walking

Side by side outdoors rather than face to face.

Virtual

Over Google Meet, from anywhere with privacy and a reliable connection.

Phone

No camera or screen. Just the conversation.

The Fifth Way

The Grounded Conversation

A coaching session built around a shared hands-on task such as baking, gardening, a jigsaw puzzle or Lego. It can take place in person, by video or by phone. The task gives your hands something to do while we talk.

Some shared tasks may involve an additional cost. If so, we will discuss it together first.

The Coaching Process

How ongoing coaching begins

01

Choose Your Coaching

Select a Single Conversation, The Check-In or The Full Season and book securely. If you are unsure, you can book a conversation first.

02

We Talk Properly

Each full session follows what you bring rather than a fixed plan prepared in advance.

03

We Find a Rhythm

Regular sessions in whichever mix of formats suits you, with time between them to act on what emerges.

04

We Continue, or Finish

At the end of a package, you decide what happens next. Renewal is never assumed.

Open Coaching

Sessions and ongoing packages

All open coaching sessions run for 60 minutes and can use any of the five coaching formats.

A Single Conversation

For one specific question, decision or situation. Look beyond the immediate issue, explore what may be influencing it and leave with new awareness or a different way of seeing what you brought.

£175 / session

  • One 60-minute session
  • Any format, including the Grounded Conversation
  • Session recording or transcript, where practical, on request
  • Private access to My Coaching Space
  • No commitment beyond the one session
Book This Session

The Full Season

For sustained work across recurring themes. Use twelve flexible sessions to explore patterns, beliefs, values, needs and identity, then develop and practise changes that reflect who you are and how you want to live.

£1,750 / package

  • Twelve 60-minute sessions
  • Mix and match formats freely
  • Session recording or transcript, where practical, on request
  • Private access to My Coaching Space
Book The Full Season

Not sure which coaching option is right for you?

Book a Conversation

Included With 1-2-1 Coaching

Your private My Coaching Space

After you purchase a Single Conversation, Check-In or Full Season, you receive access to My Coaching Space. This is where you can book and manage your sessions, see what you have used and what remains, find your coaching documents and use optional self-guided resources between sessions.

You stay in control of when you book, the pace of your coaching and which resources you choose to use.

If you'd like a recording or transcript of a session, just ask beforehand. It's for you only, and my copy is deleted once it's been shared with you.

Completed A Review First?

Continue only if you want to

If you complete a Midlife Review Session and decide that ongoing coaching would help, you can receive 10% off your first Check-In or Full Season package.

The package needs to be booked within 14 days of receiving your written review summary. There is no requirement to continue after the Review Session.

Access, Funding & Sponsorship

Different ways to access support

An employer or another business can fund support in full or in part. I also offer a limited number of pro bono coaching places when capacity allows.

Employer-Funded Support

Ask your employer to fund or part-fund it

Your organisation may be able to use a learning and development, employee wellbeing or career-transition budget. I can provide service information and an invoice for your request.

Business-Sponsored Access

Sponsor support outside your organisation

A business can fund one or more sessions as part of community investment, social value or another appropriate budget, subject to its own policies and reporting requirements.

Supported Coaching Places

The Check-In, offered on a pay-what-you-can basis

As part of my practice, I offer a limited number of supported places for women who feel The Check-In would provide valuable support at an important point in their lives.

A supported place includes six private 60-minute coaching sessions, used flexibly over three to six months, together with access to My Coaching Space.

These places are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. We agree a contribution before coaching begins, based on what feels manageable for you. It could be as little as buying me a coffee.

Clients using a supported place receive the same coaching experience, confidentiality, booking access and professional boundaries as clients paying the standard fee. There is no expectation to provide a testimonial or share your experience publicly.

Ask About A Place

You are welcome to contact me

You do not need to explain or justify your personal circumstances.

Please tell me briefly why you are considering coaching now, what you would like support with and whether you feel able to commit to six sessions.

I cannot guarantee that a place will be available, but I will consider whether The Check-In is suitable and whether I have capacity at the time.

Ask About A Supported Place

Confidentiality stays with the client

The person receiving the support remains the coaching client. Session content is not shared with the person or organisation paying unless the client gives clear permission.

A Different Kind of Gift

Give a session, not a candle.

If you know a woman who is struggling with change, questioning who she is now or trying to work out what comes next, you can fund support for her directly.

You can pay for a Midlife Review Session, a Single Conversation or a complete coaching package. You can also contribute a chosen amount towards whichever option she decides is right for her.

The recipient remains in control. She chooses whether to accept, which service to use and what she wants to discuss. The content of her sessions remains confidential.

“Who you actually are doesn't arrive fully formed. It's grieved, then rebuilt, then it stabilises. That part is slower than anyone tells you, and it holds.”
